Order an official transcript from University of Maryland Global Campus Asia.

An academic transcript is an official record of a student’s work. All academic records are confidential.

Each official transcript ordered from UMGC costs $10, except those sent to a University System of Maryland (USM) or Alliance Partner School. Those requests will be issued free of charge. A list of Alliance Partner Schools is available at the following links:

Please remember, the degree will not appear on any transcript issued prior to the degree date even if all requirements have been completed.

UMGC Asia students requesting their official transcript can receive their first copy free of charge.  Your transcript fee will be waived after placing your order by emailing our transcripts office at with your Student ID number (EMPLID), confirmation of your Asia location, and a written request to have your fee waived.  Please keep in mind that only your first official transcript order with UMGC Asia will have its fee waived and any official transcripts ordered thereafter will be charged the standard $10. Please note: If you have an outstanding balance or any other hold on your account preventing the release of your records, you will be unable to place an order requesting transcripts or receive verification of enrollment.
