Instructor's Bio

Christian (C.J.) Pawlicki has demonstrated successful performance in all five stages of project management including projects in business development and startups; research, development, testing and engineering; defense system acquisitions; information technology; logistics engineering; and military construction.  His professional career spans over three decades with experience in both the public and private sectors including:

  • U.S. Marine Corps – Active Duty, 1992 to 2012 (retired)
  • TimingLeader.com, LLC – Co-Founder and COO, 2006-2012
  • U.S. Marine Corps – Federal Civil Servant, Program Management, 2012-2017
  • Vision Point Systems, Inc. – Senior Engineering Project Manager, 2017-2021
  • Vision Point Systems, G.K. - Executive Director and CEO, 2021-Present

Professor Pawlicki holds an MBA and a BS in Management Studies, both from UMUC.  In 2019 he joined the UMGC team as an Adjunct Professor.  His core teaching competencies include business management, leadership, mathematics, and project management.
